Community Care College

Community Care College is accredited by the Accrediting Council for Independent Colleges and Schools (ACICS) which is located at 750 First Street, NE, Suite 980, Washington, D.C. 20002-4223, (202) 336-6780. However, as of December 12, 2016 ACICS is no longer recognized by the Department of Education. In the meantime, because Community Care College is an institution in good standing, the Department of Education offered the College the ability to continue to participate in the federal student aid programs so long as the College takes timely action to pursue new accreditation.
The College has 18 months (until June 12, 2018) to obtain accreditation from a different recognized accreditor to maintain eligibility to receive funds under the Title IV, HEA. If Community Care College does not obtain accreditation, it will no longer be eligible to receive funds under Title IV, HEA programs. Although the College cannot guarantee it will be accepted by a new accrediting agency, the College is already in the process of applying to a new accreditor and is working diligently to achieve new accreditation well before the June 2018, deadline.
Any student who has a complaint relating to Title IV eligibility or administration, the quality of education received at Community Care College, or otherwise relating to the accreditation standards of its former accrediting agency, can submit that complaint to any of the following:
